Written by- Vaidya Vibhuti Rao  Reema (name changed), aged 29 years came to my clinic in early March 2020 along with her husband for infertility treatment. Covid had just started to spread its wings in India and we were taking all precautions while seeing patients. She was moderately built, previously diagnosed with hypothyroidism and highly positive Anti-TPO. She had a regular cycle of 24-26 days apart with 2-3 days flow. There were no other health complaints, except not being able to conceive. Married for 4 years without children, she was ‘very much frustrated’ as she described to me in her initial consultation. First two years of her marriage the couple was not serious about conception as they believed it will happen on its own. After two years, they started trying for it seriously. However, there was no result. Finally, they visited fertility doctors, as it was not possible to conceive naturally. “Now people have started coming to Ayurvedic Fertility clinics initially, within 1 year of trying naturally. Ayurveda also provide pre-conceptional support for couple who want to avoid IUI/IVF and conceive naturally with a healthy child.”
Written by- Vaidya Vibhuti Rao  @Amruthayurvedic Many ladies come to my clinic with several files containing many reports in their hands, with distress and fear of not able to conceive with their own child. After few failed IUI's and 1-3 cycles of IVF's, they do not find any other way than going for a donor egg IVF, basically due to low AMH levels or poor egg quality. For many women even a donor egg fails to implant in their womb and they are left with a suggestion to go for another donor IVF- this time an egg from a younger women. Well, this fear and disappointment lead them to find alternative ways and that’s when they come to Ayurveda. Now a days I am seeing a different trend where couples are choosing Ayurveda before going for IUI/IVF. And that’s where the results are quick, affordable and with no side effects. After failed IUI/IVF, a woman undergoes not only financial loss or psychological trauma but they also suffer from unwanted side-effects of hormonal pills/injections etc. The outcome is very poor if a woman has low AMH. They are not eligible for IVF with their own eggs. In this article I will share a case with low AMH 0.29ng/ml and how she fell pregnant naturally with Ayurvedic treatments.

Nashtapushpa is a disease mentioned in Ayurveda where a woman has stopped having periods or ovulation or both of them together. Pushpa here means- menstrual blood or egg formation. Surprisingly, we are seeing many young women with POF. Suddenly they stop having periods or their cycle become irregular and they get periods only with hormones. Written by- Vaidya Vibhuti Rao  Infertility is a serious problem for couple who are trying tirelessly to fall pregnant. For them each day is like a day of hope or loss. They swing in between possibilities and failures. According to our Vaidya Dr. Vibhuti Rao, “Many women do not even know that they are not able to fall pregnant because their small baby is not getting attached to their womb. And other women, who undergo several IVF, keeping a hope of falling pregnant very soon, learn very late that their womb is not perfect for this attachment”.
